We are seeking a hands-on, people-focused Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift manufacturing operations at our SQF Level 3 certified beverage facility. In this role, you will oversee daily production of cocktail mixers, sauces, syrups, and beverage concentrates while driving safety, quality, and efficiency across multiple packaging lines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Shift Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of hourly production associates and line leads to achieve production targets and maintain a positive, safe workplace.
- Production Oversight: Supervise daily operations of bottling and packaging lines (low to medium speed, 150–300 BPM), ensuring adherence to schedules and minimizing downtime.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA, GMP, HACCP, and SQF standards to ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Partner with QA team to maintain product integrity, conduct line checks, and respond quickly to quality issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve yields, reduce changeover times, eliminate waste, and enhance efficiency through Lean/Six Sigma principles.
- Communication: Conduct pre-shift meetings, communicate production goals, and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Administration: Monitor labor utilization, manage attendance, complete daily shift reports, and ensure accurate production data entry.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a food, beverage, or process manufacturing environment (beverage, bottling, sauces, syrups experience highly preferred).
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with bottling/packaging equipment, batching/mixing processes, and electronic batching systems.
- Food Safety: Working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and SQF standards; HACCP certification a plus.
- Leadership: Strong team leadership, coaching, and communication skills with a track record of building engaged, productive teams.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot line issues, manage priorities under pressure, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
