Our client, a prominent real estate firm based in Midtown, NY, is seeking a polished and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join their team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm, welcoming, and professional experience. In addition to front desk responsibilities such as greeting guests and managing incoming calls, the role includes general office management and administrative support. Key duties will involve calendar coordination, scheduling meetings, and assisting with the day-to-day operations to ensure the office runs seamlessly. The ideal candidate will bring at least 1–2 years of experience in front desk reception and office administration within a corporate or hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.

• Provide administrative support, including calendar management and meeting coordination.

Requirements:
