We’re looking for a
Transportation Operations Manager to oversee and grow our operations in
Omaha and Lincoln, NE. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on optimizing performance, delivering excellent service, and driving business success.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow customer relationships through direct engagement and service quality
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for drivers and staff
- Manage daily operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and service standards
- Oversee fleet readiness and vehicle maintenance to meet demand
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Analyze and act on key performance metrics (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Identify operational challenges and implement proactive solutions
- Develop budgets and manage financial performance for both markets
- Build a strong team culture focused on accountability, communication, and results
- Support labor relations and assist with contract renewals
- Conduct regular audits to ensure operational and policy compliance
What You Bring:
- 5–10 years of operations management experience, ideally in transportation or logistics
- Proven leadership with P&L responsibility and a track record of delivering results
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
- A collaborative, hands-on approach to leadership
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
