Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Plant Manager at Williams SWA of Florida, located in Ocala, FL. The Manufacturing Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient and safe production processes. Duties include managing staff, budget, production schedules, and maintenance activities, along with monitoring production output and optimizing processes for efficiency. The Manufacturing Plant Manager will also be responsible for implementing quality control measures, adhering to safety regulations, and collaborating with other departments to meet company objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Production Management, Process Optimization, and Quality Control
- Capability in Staff Management, Leadership, and Team Building
- Knowledge of Safety Regulations and Compliance
- Budget Management and Cost Control skills
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Proficiency with manufacturing software and tools
- Purchasing and ordering materials and supplies
