Qualifications:
- Strong record of success against key common KPI’s (Safety/Quality/ Service /Productivity/ Material, Overhead control) in multiple plant operations.
- Demonstrated record of development for young, inexperienced Supervisors, Engineers, Hourly Colleagues. High energy and proven leader.
- P&L management experience.
