Job Overview:
Titan Partners is seeking an Executive Assistant and Office Manager to join our team who will be responsible for administrative and operational support to our leadership team and ensure the smooth running of our office.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to leadership, including scheduling, travel coordination, corporate access, and meeting preparation.
Manage daily office operations, including vendor relations, facilities oversight, supplies, and IT coordination.
Serve as the main point of contact for internal communications and scheduling.
Coordinate team meetings, conference calls, and firm events.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience supporting financial professionals, ideally within investment banking.
- Organization Skills: Exceptional organizational, with strong attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
