Your Role:
As Plant Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement in line with IATF 16949 standards. You’ll lead a dedicated team and work closely with engineering, quality, and supply chain to exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics
· Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements
· Drive continuous improvement (Lean, 5S, Kaizen) to reduce waste and increase efficiency
· Manage budgets, KPIs, and operational goals
· Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance
· Lead and mentor department managers and shift supervisors
· Collaboration with cross-functional teams on new product launch, efficiency improvement and tooling projects

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
· 7+ years of experience in injection molding, with 3+ years in a plant or operations leadership role
· Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 standards and audits
· Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and implement process improvements
· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
