A growing advanced materials manufacturer is seeking a Plant Manager to lead a team of ~50 in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
This role requires a balance of hands-on leadership and strategic insight—someone who can streamline operations, elevate production quality, and inspire accountability at every level.
Key Focus Areas:
- Daily plant operations, safety, and production performance
- Continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
- Coaching and developing a small, cross-functional team
- Partnering with R&D and engineering to scale new products
- Managing budgets and KPIs tied to efficiency and EBITDA goals
The Ideal Fit:
- Background in composites, engineered stone, resins, or thermosets is a plus
- Comfortable in a smaller, fast-moving plant environment
- Strong people leadership and process improvement skills
