We are seeking an experienced Regional Vice President of Operations to oversee a portfolio of 20+ multifamily properties across Texas. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational performance, leading a team of seven direct reports, and ensuring consistent execution of company standards across the region.
Must be based in Houston or San Antonio, Texas. This is a Hybrid position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and financial performance for 20+ multifamily communities across Texas (combination of owned and 3rd party managed)
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of seven regional and property-level leaders
- Partner with ownership and senior leadership to execute strategic and financial objectives
- Drive leasing, revenue growth, and expense management to maximize portfolio performance
- Collaborate with marketing, training, and maintenance teams to ensure operational excellence
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and property-level performance, providing guidance and accountability
- Support new development and acquisition transitions as the portfolio expands
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of multifamily property management experience, including regional oversight of Class A luxury assets
- Proven success managing large, multi-market portfolios and leading diverse teams
- Strong financial, operational, and leadership acumen
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, or similar)
