Home Care Scheduler to be the backbone of our daily operations—ensuring clients receive timely care and caregivers feel supported.
What You’ll Do
- Create and manage daily and weekly caregiver schedules
- Match clients with suitable caregivers based on availability, skills, and personality
- Monitor schedule changes, call-offs, and emergencies—respond promptly and professionally
- Maintain up-to-date records in scheduling software (e.g., WellSky, ClearCare, AlayaCare)
- Communicate clearly with caregivers, clients, and case managers
- Support onboarding and orientation of new staff as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in scheduling, healthcare, or home care preferred
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with scheduling software and basic computer skills
- Empathy, patience, and a team-first mindset
