About the Role:
The Plant Manager leads operations at our Pikeville, TN facility. This position is critical to achieving production goals and maintaining a high-performing, efficient, and collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, and a passion for developing people and driving operational success.  
What You’ll Do:
- Provide leadership and direction to all plant employees, including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, planning, and assigning work, evaluating performance, rewarding and discipling staff, and addressing and resolving issues. 
- Ensure production goals are met by overseeing daily operations, coordinating schedules, optimizing workflow, and shipping on time.
- Foster a positive and accountable workplace culture focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost, teamwork, and continuous improvement. 
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship to develop team members and build future leaders. 
- Monitor plant performance using key metrics; analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards. 
- Collaborate with other departments to support production planning, inventory control, new product development, customer satisfaction, and company-wide goals. 
- Participate in strategic planning, capital spending, and continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency. 
- Meet monthly budgeting obligations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field desired. High school diploma required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management, preferably in construction equipment or manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to move about between offices and attend meetings which may include ascending or descending stairs.
- Occasional lifting and carrying of materials or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Hearing and speech ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone using the English language. 
- Ability to use hands and fingers to operate standard office equipment such as a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, copier, and printer with precision and efficiency. 
Pay: $95,000-$125,000/Year
(In compliance with Minnesota Pay Transparency Law, this range reflects the anticipated compensation for this role. Actual pay may vary based on experience, education, and other factors.)
