We are seeking an experienced Head of Creative Operations to lead a dynamic creative organization. This role oversees Visual Merchandising, Packaging, Creative Project Management & Operations, and Digital & Social studios, driving a digital- and social-first approach to storytelling that strengthens brand equity across retail, digital, packaging, and experiential touchpoints.
Key qualifications and responsibilities:
- 12+ years in Creative, Design, or Visual Merchandising with senior leadership experience
- Proven track record managing creative teams across multiple disciplines
- Expertise in brand identity development and integrated campaign execution
- Strong operations focus: overseeing budgets, vendor partnerships, financial planning, and project management to ensure on-time delivery of creative projects
- Experience driving change management within creative organizations
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional partnership skills to align creative efforts with marketing, product, and commercial teams
