Responsibilities as a Certified Nursing Aide:
ØProvide safe daily resident care
ØTransport and assist in ambulating residents
ØMaintain a clean and safe resident unit
ØBathe, dress, and feed residents
ØDocument and communicate resident care information
ØPromote and support positive guest relations to all visitors and residents
Requirements for a Certified Nursing Assistant:
ØMust have a valid NY State Nurse Aide Certificate
ØMust have sensitivity and compassion
ØMust be able to work in a team oriented environment
