Hourly Rate: $58 - $64; Based on experience (Negotiable)

- Shift Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
RN – Case Management Manager for an
8-week contract in
Culver City, CA. This role will be responsible for overseeing daily case management operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, coordinating patient care transitions, and managing a team of case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of Case Management services.
- Ensure departmental compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
- Serve as a liaison with medical staff and healthcare leadership to promote effective care coordination.
- Facilitate and lead Utilization Management Committee activities.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to Case Management staff.
- Handle hiring, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary processes.
- Review, analyze, and report on operational and clinical data.
- Promote effective discharge planning and resource utilization.
- Maintain a professional and collaborative environment with multidisciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications
- Active, current, and unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California. OR Master’s Degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in an Acute Care Case Management role.
- At least two (2) years of leadership experience in Acute Care Case Management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and electronic health records.
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local regulatory standards.
- Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Nursing (BSN or MSN).
- Knowledge of InterQual or MCG clinical criteria.
- Certification in Case Management (CCM) or equivalent certification in Case Management/Nursing.
