Lead high-impact R&D programs from early development to post-marketing.
What You’ll Do:
- Own integrated project plans across multiple programs
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources
- Align cross-functional teams (clinical, regulatory, CMC, etc.)
- Drive project management best practices
- Mentor teams and enable strategic decision-making
Who You Are:
- 12+ years in R&D project management, 10+ leading complex programs
- Skilled in SmartSheet/MS Project & clear communication
- Experienced in biotech or pharma; metabolic/rare disease a plus
- Comfortable influencing without authority and navigating ambiguity
Education:
- Bachelor’s in science/business; advanced degree a plus
