In our time of Company growth, we are seeking a Clinical Nurse Leader - RN/LPN

As Part Of This Role, You Will
Responsible for providing leadership, managing, in collaboration with the Office Manager, in
coaching and guiding all associates assigned to the department and maintaining positive,
effective communication with providers, supervisors, peers, and subordinates
- Must be able to perform all staff nurse duties
- Oversees the maintenance of all appropriate logs to the Office Manager
- Ensures Provider’s orders are directed to the various appropriate departments
- Completes authorizations and referrals for patients promptly
- Knowledgeable in triage and interventions regarding patients’ age
- Knowledgeable regarding all medical forms (PE, work excuses, proof of pregnancy, etc.)
- Administers ordered immunizations and other medications
- Able to perform EKGs and Triage in a timely manner
- Meets all lab requirements and is knowledgeable regarding the process procedure, including
phlebotomy skills
- Meets monthly with the Office manager to identify and resolve issues and promote effective
communication and dissemination of information
- Maintains an open line of communication with the Clinical Director, informing them of the
status of centers and staff
- Ensure proper training is conducted to include orientation, skills/competency training, and new
equipment training, continuing education, standard operating procedures, policies, and
documentation within the electronic health record
- Review and maintain consistency within budget guidelines
- Participates in interdepartmental operations meetings as assigned
- Functions as a resource to staff regarding departmental and agency policies
Requirements
- Licensed LPN/RN in good standing with the Florida Board of Nursing required
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in professional nursing experience required
- Current CPR/BLS Certification preferred
- Microsoft Office Products – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint proficiency preferred
Summary
This position is accountable for leading, managing, and directing Staff Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants/phlebotomists, and Medical Assistants at an assigned MCR Health Service Center. This individual assures that services are administered utilizing professional standards with a strong focus on quality, timely care, and exceptional customer service under the direction of the medical provider. Assist in the maintenance of an environment conducive to the health, training, and well-being of peers and patients. This individual will assist in the formulation of Nursing Department Policies and Procedures.
