Job Summary:
The Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression for visitors and providing administrative support to the office team. Great for someone friendly, organized, and customer-focused.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in person and over the phone
- Handle incoming calls and route messages
- Manage appointment scheduling and front desk inquiries
