Job Summary (Travel RN NICU, Concord, MA)
- Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill or premature newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient care
- Monitor and assess newborns' vital signs, progress, and response to treatment
- Administer medications, treatments, and life-saving interventions as needed
- Educate and support families about their infant's condition, care procedures, and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Work 12-hour night shifts (7pm 7am), 3 days per week (36 hours/week), on a 13-week contract
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of NICU RN experience
- Current BLS and NRP certifications
- Active Massachusetts (MA) RN license
