The Opportunity
We are seeking an accomplished Multi-Site Operations Manager to lead and elevate three plant operations within the Quick Coupling Division. Reporting to the Divisional General Manager, you’ll oversee Plant Managers across multiple facilities, driving safety, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth.
This is a pivotal leadership role — shaping long-term strategy while ensuring daily execution, successful production transfers, and the advancement of a lean culture.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Strategically: Drive cross-functional operations to achieve divisional and corporate goals.
- Champion Customers: Ensure world-class quality, reliability, and delivery performance.
- Embed Lean Thinking: Deploy Lean initiatives across facilities, fostering continuous improvement.
- Deliver Results: Oversee production, process engineering, scheduling, logistics, and more to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Develop Talent: Coach and empower Plant Managers and their teams, building a culture of accountability and growth.
- Represent & Influence: Act as divisional representative, collaborating with senior leadership, customers, and partners.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience:
- 7+ years in operations leadership with direct P&L responsibility.
- Proven success as Plant Manager, Director of Operations, Sr. Business Unit Manager, or Multi-Site Ops Manager.
- Strong record in lean deployment, continuous improvement, and production transfers.
- Experience in union facilities a plus.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strategic yet hands-on leader with strong business acumen.
- Excellent communicator with executive presence.
- Inspirational, results-driven, and collaborative.
- Able to travel 25–40%.
