The mission of this role is to lead and optimize warehouse and distribution functions while integrating supply chain strategy, logistics, and quality assurance into a fast-moving, results-driven environment. The Journey
- Leadership & Accountability (LMA): Lead, manage, and hold warehouse team members accountable. Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment that drives results and supports Korpack’s mission.
- Warehouse & Distribution Management: Supervise all warehouse operations including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Oversee efficient movement of goods from production to distribution.
- Supply Chain Integration: Align production schedules with inventory needs by developing and implementing strategies that integrate supply chain activities. Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize flow.
- Logistics & Routing Optimization: Coordinate with logistics providers and manage the Korpack fleet to minimize delivery times and reduce transportation costs. Ensure timely, cost-effective product delivery.
- Inventory Control & ERP Utilization: Maintain accurate records through regular cycle counts and audits. Leverage ERP and WMS tools to streamline inventory processes and support operational profitability.
- Cost Management: Identify and implement cost-saving measures across warehouse and distribution operations. Constantly look for ways to boost efficiency and reduce overhead.
- Quality Assurance & Food Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to SQF, HACCP, and GMP standards. Implement protocols to minimize product defects and returns while maintaining a food-safe environment.
The Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in warehouse and distribution management
- Deep understanding of logistics, supply chain integration, and inventory processes
- Co-packing and production services experience is a plus
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- High level of accountability, learning agility, and attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for operational excellence
