Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Home Health Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our home health office, working with sales, including managing schedules, coordinating patient care, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office staff and ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Coordinate patient care schedules and ensure all appointments are scheduled and confirmed
- Monitor patient outcomes and staff performance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adherence to State Regulations
- Ensure agency compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Handle billing and invoicing processes
- Assist with hiring and training new office staff
- Handle any patient or staff concerns or complaints
- Work closely with Clinical Managers to ensure all patient-related documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained according to agency policies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in home health management role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Licensed Practical Nurse (NC or Multi-State)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
- Knowledge of home health regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
