We are looking for a detail-oriented and professional
Call Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, recording accurate information, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
- Record caller information accurately (names, messages, contact details, and inquiries)
- Transfer calls or relay messages to the appropriate staff or department
- Maintain call logs, message records, and filing systems (digital or paper-based)
- Provide basic information about the company, services, or procedures to callers
- Follow confidentiality and data protection protocols when handling sensitive information
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, or email correspondence when needed
- Report recurring issues, caller concerns, or urgent matters to supervisors
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
- Previous experience in a call center, receptionist, or clerical role is a plus
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to type and record information quickly and accurately
- Familiarity with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and phone systems
- Reliable, professional, and able to handle confidential information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
