This confidential client is poised for growth and expansion, and to drive this momentum, they are bringing in a seasoned leader to serve as the Vice President of Manufacturing Operations. As a key member of the senior leadership team, this individual will be responsible for driving the commercial success of our business, leading a global organization, and developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve financial targets and market share objectives.
Role
- Lead the Global Business Unit, driving growth and profitability through effective management of manufacturing, sales, marketing, product management, quality, and strategy
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business unit financial targets and market share objectives
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sourcing, and operations, to drive business growth and profitability
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring the development and retention of top talent
- Oversee the launch of new products and services, ensuring alignment with market needs and company objectives
Qualifications
- Degree in technical or business field (MBA is a bonus)
- 10-15+ years of relevant experience in semiconductors with deep knowledge of key players within semiconductors or adjacent manufacturing industry
- Must have P&L management experience
- Direct management of global internal teams
- Experience overseeing business units such as R&D, Equipment, Operations, Strategy, Marketing, and/or Sales
- Executive leadership of large semiconductor organizations
