We’re hiring a Factory Manager to lead and oversee operations at our GMP-certified supplement manufacturing facility in Pompano Beach, FL. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role for someone with hands-on experience in capsule, tablet, and powder production — and the ability to manage both people and process.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Run and supervise the full production process: encapsulation, tableting, mixing, bottling, labeling, shrink banding, and packaging
• Manage a team of production workers and machine operators to ensure daily targets and quality standards are met
• Oversee shipping coordination, inventory tracking, outgoing orders, and production scheduling
• Maintain compliance with GMP, FDA, and FDACS standards, including cleaning logs and SOP enforcement
• Conduct staff training, enforce safety and cleanliness protocols, and troubleshoot machinery or workflow issues
• Keep detailed and accurate batch records, inventory logs, and equipment maintenance schedules
• Coordinate across departments — including formulation, sourcing, QC, and fulfillment — to keep the facility running smoothly

✅ What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years experience in nutraceutical or supplement manufacturing (capsules/tablets required)
• Strong working knowledge of GMP operations, batch records, SOPs, and sanitation requirements
• Familiar with equipment such as capsule fillers, tablet presses, ribbon mixers, bottling lines, labelers, and shrink tunnels
• Confident managing staff, solving problems under pressure, and scaling production capacity
• Comfortable with inventory software, shipping coordination, and production oversight
• Spanish fluency is a plus
