Insight Global is seeking a highly organized and driven Executive Assistant/Project Manager to join our client’s team in the Kansas City Metro area. This role will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Operations and will be instrumental in supporting strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workshop Planning & Execution: Lead the coordination and delivery of multiple corporate workshops annually across various markets. Responsibilities include managing logistics, liaising with external vendors, securing accommodations, scheduling coaching sessions, and organizing virtual training programs.
- Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Vice President of Operations, including calendar management, expense reporting, and handling other executive-level tasks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of programs and initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance the efficiency of program delivery.
