Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant, located in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Executive Assistant will manage executive administrative tasks, including preparing expense reports, offering executive support, coordinating schedules, and managing communications. The role demands high organizational skills, efficiency, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Founders including calendar management, meeting coordination, and executive-level support.
- Event Preparation: Assist with venue management, marketing materials, hotels, flights, itineraries and invites for company annual meetings, holiday parties, and team retreats.
- Travel: Coordinate domestic and foreign travel, including managing passport/visas and all other required entry documents, arrange hotels, and ground transportation.
- Project Assistance: Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Founders, providing research, tracking, and reporting support.
- Expense Management: Prepare and submit expense reports, maintaining accurate and timely records.
- Investor Communications: Support the IR team in handling investor communications, including responding to routine inquiries and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Operational Support: General office support (mail, filing, ordering supplies, etc.)
- CRM Management: Enter and maintain accurate records of investor interactions and event participation in the CRM system to support tracking, reporting, and relationship management.

- Proficiency in office software applications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant administrative experience
- Experience in the venture capital or tech industry is a plus
