This flagship facility—located just an hour south of Louisville, KY—is seeking a strategic and experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead plant operations and drive performance across engineering, maintenance, quality, assembly, and paint lines.

What You’ll Be Doing
Operational Leadership
- Lead operations across injection molding, assembly, paint lines, maintenance, quality, and engineering.
- Drive productivity, operational efficiency, and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Team & People Management
- Direct and develop a team of supervisors and leads.
- Maintain high levels of employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Oversee workforce planning, training, and development initiatives.
Production & Process Optimization
- Monitor production KPIs and resolve bottlenecks proactively.
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S practices to streamline operations.
- Collaborate on product launches and process enhancements.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Enforce strict adherence to OSHA, environmental, and customer quality standards.
- Partner with QA to address non-conformances, customer feedback, and corrective actions.
Strategic Planning & Growth
- Contribute to annual budgeting and capital planning.
- Support long-term facility improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on site-level growth plans.
What You Bring to the Table
- 7+ years in manufacturing leadership, preferably in injection molding or automotive.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale teams and manage complex operations.
- Expertise in Lean manufacturing, KPI tracking, and process optimization.
- Strong communicator and motivator with a track record of team development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred.
