Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our
Human Resources team in our administrative office located in Verona, PA. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills and high proficiency skill set in completing a variety of administrative support tasks to include maintaining employee records, support recruiting and on-boarding of new employees. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations within the HR Department and providing a point of contact for employee questions and issues that may arise through teamwork, problem solving and customer service.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date electronic and paper records with HR Department.
Provide clerical support including filing, photocopying, mailing, and organizing documents.
Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages as needed.
Tracking the return of documents requiring staff signatures, training documents, and correspondence with clients and family members.
Assist with recruiting / on-boarding activities, including screening applicants and scheduling interviews and tracking hire documents.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in fast paced office preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software applications.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
- Prior experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is a plus.
Experience with using and trouble-shooting various types of office equipment is also beneficial.
