About The Opportunity
Workfit Medical Staffing is hiring a
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a
10-week contract assignment with
Rochester Gynecologic & Obstetric Associates, P.C. This role is ideal for LPNs who enjoy women's health, want to expand their OB/GYN experience, or are looking for a short-term opportunity in a supportive outpatient setting.
Responsibilities
- Answer clinical phone lines; provide guidance, schedule appointments, or relay messages following protocols
- Room patients and collect vital signs
- Administer injections as ordered by providers
- Document clinical information in the EMR
- Stock exam rooms, prepare procedure trays, and sterilize instruments
- Log and process specimens with accurate requisitions
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, CLIA, and HIPAA regulations
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism
- Support physicians and staff in providing excellent patient care
Contract Details
- 10-week contract through Workfit Medical Staffing
- Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends/holidays)

Requirements
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in New York State (required)
- Clinical triage experience preferred
- OB/GYN office experience a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and assist with lifting patients if needed
