Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under supervision of registered nurse or physician.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to healthcare team.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
- Support team in achieving departmental goals and targets.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Utilize technology to enhance patient care and workflow efficiency.
- Engage in performance reviews and feedback sessions.
Experience/Qualifications
- Hold a valid LPN/LVN license in the state of employment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in administering medications safely and effectively.
- Participate actively in professional development and training opportunities.
- Strong desire to learn and evolve professionally within a growth-oriented company.
- Experience in documenting patient information and maintaining accurate medical records.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work in a results-oriented environment with high visibility.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Proven ability to assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
