Position Summary
We are seeking a
Logistics and Inventory Specialist to support satellite production and integration activities at the company’s Littleton, Colorado facility. This hands-on, cross-functional role plays a vital part in managing inventory, ensuring traceability, and supporting cleanroom operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in logistics or warehouse operations—especially in manufacturing or aerospace environments.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Material Handling
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments; verify cleanliness and documentation compliance
- Unpack, label, and properly store flight and non-flight hardware
- Operate material handling equipment including electric pallet stackers and transport carts
Inventory Control
- Maintain accurate digital inventory records (experience with Odoo or similar ERP a plus)
- Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Organize parts and materials by project, cleanliness level, and storage requirements
Cleanroom & Production Support
- Prepare and kit materials for integration technicians according to production needs
- Clean, stage, and verify hardware prior to cleanroom introduction
- Monitor material usage and ensure timely restocking to prevent production delays
- Maintain proper material traceability and documentation throughout lifecycle
Shipping & Logistics
- Coordinate outbound shipments including packing, labeling, documentation, and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, and export control regulations
Process Improvement
- Assist in developing and refining SOPs for inventory management and cleanroom logistics
- Identify and support improvements in material flow, traceability, and cleanliness compliance
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or inventory control in a manufacturing or aerospace environment
- Familiarity with ERP/inventory systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Comfortable working in and around cleanrooms with strict contamination protocols
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the workday
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in aerospace, satellite, or cleanroom manufacturing settings
- Knowledge of ISO 8 (Class 100,000) cleanroom procedures
- Forklift certification or experience with pallet stackers
