Education & Experience Required:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Materials Science
5+ years of experience in materials engineering, preferably in automotive, aerospace, or electronics industries. Experience in applications involving electrification is plus.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of material properties, processing methods, and materials testing techniques.
- Hands on experience with different materials/metallurgical lab equipment.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Soft Skills
- Ability to communicate technical information in written and verbal forms.
- Strong analytical, detailed technical documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
