What You’ll Do
You’ll be the driving force behind all aspects of facility operations—including cultivation, packaging, maintenance, engineering, quality, safety, and logistics—ensuring our greens are grown, harvested, and delivered with unmatched freshness and consistency.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the Vision: Partner with leadership to shape and execute the strategic plan for our state-of-the-art facility.
- Drive Excellence: Oversee budgets, analyze performance metrics, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Champion People: Build, develop, and inspire a large, diverse team—instilling a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Innovate & Optimize: Work closely with the growing team to maximize crop yields, refine SOPs, and maintain world-class preventative maintenance practices.
- Deliver Results: Ensure operational goals are met on time and within budget, while meeting the highest standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Be Ready: Stay flexible and responsive—whether that means troubleshooting a facility issue, covering a shift, or addressing urgent operational needs.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of senior management experience leading 100+ team members in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of P&L management and operational leadership.
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (certifications a plus).
- Strong financial acumen, decision-making, and people leadership skills.
- A “can-do” mindset with the adaptability to thrive in a fast-growth environment.
- Exposure to horticulture or plant science is a plus.
