Description
The Production Supervisor will monitor all production operations and resources to achieve customer satisfaction with respects to core value, quality, and on-time deliveries. This position will assist in achieving innovative productivity, economic goals, safety policies, quality controls, and all other production related activities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of plant operations.
- Must be able to drive a forklift efficiently.
- Must understand and be able to operate equipment.
- Coordinate plant activities.
- Communicate and delegate job expectations and duties to associates.
- Monitors daily production.
- Ensures all Quality Assurance and Safety policies and procedures are being enforced and followed.
- Coach and counsel, and discipline employees as deemed necessary.
- Revise schedules, resolve problems, and reporting results of the processing flow of production.
- Tracking and maintain inventory with Plant Manager.
- Works with Plant Manager on freight.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience within a production environment, required.
