Job Summary
LimeLife is seeking a highly organized and analytical Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic Operations team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining seamless supply chain operations by ensuring timely inventory availability, accurate data management, and effective communication across departments and third-party logistics providers. The ideal candidate will bring experience in warehouse or distribution center environments, strong data and reporting skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to enhance workflow, support launches and campaigns, and improve customer satisfaction. This position reports directly to the S&OP Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and notify internal teams of at-risk, out-of-stock, or newly available items to ensure product availability and timely communication
- Create, update, and maintain item data in systems including Exigo and 3PL platforms to ensure accuracy and alignment across internal and external databases
- Coordinate internal warehouse requests and transportation logistics to support operational needs
- Liaise with third-party logistics provider (Staci) to manage day-to-day order flow, inventory reception, and fulfillment topics
- Prepare and distribute inventory reports, consumption reports, and stock status updates to cross-functional teams including Operations, Marketing, and Sales
- Support product launches, campaigns, and promotional programs by forecasting needs and ensuring inventory alignment with marketing calendars
- Manage order uploads, EU replenishment, and monthly program tasks, including SKU creation, purchase order requests, order modeling, and component tracking
- Track and disassemble leftover units as needed, and ensure accurate system documentation for current warehouse programs and rules
- Review and reconcile packing lists with 3PL receipts in coordination with Procurement to validate product reception accuracy
- Generate and analyze Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory reports and support destruction programs
- Assist with annual inventory counts and respond to audit-related inventory and process requests
- Any other related duties assigned by the team
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in operations or supply chain, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment
- 1–3 years of experience with data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with warehousing, inventory control, and distribution practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple departments and levels
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Hybrid in NYC office 3 days a week is a must
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
- Experience with SQL or other database systems
- Working knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
