Seeking a full-time Unit Manager RN for day shift with experience in a Long Term Care setting.
- Must hold an active RN license and have prior staff management experience preferred.
- Responsibilities include overseeing resident care to ensure optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning, participating in quarterly assurance processes, making daily rounds, and developing or updating policies and procedures.
- Additional duties as assigned by leadership, with on-call rotation required.
- Qualifications include the ability to work independently or with a team, computer proficiency, and previous long-term care experience is a plus.
