Position Overview
The Department of Neurology at the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Tucson, in collaboration with Banner - University Medicine Tucson, seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurologist with subspecialty training or clinical experience in Headache Medicine to join our growing faculty. This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive care for patients with headache and facial pain disorders, including migraine, tension-type headache, cluster headache, chronic daily headache, and other primary and secondary headache syndromes.
The successful candidate will work in both inpatient and outpatient settings, providing exceptional patient care at Banner University Medical Center Tucson and its conveniently located outpatient clinics. The candidate will also actively participate in teaching and mentorship within our neurology residency program (24 residents) and will have opportunities to engage in clinical or basic science research related to headache medicine. A faculty appointment commensurate with experience and qualifications will be awarded.

Qualifications
- MD/DO degree (or equivalent)
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Neurology (Headache Fellowship training preferred)
- Eligibility for an Arizona medical license
- Strong interest in clinical or basic science research and enthusiasm for teaching and mentorship
