Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development
- Hands-on coaching, mentoring, and performance management of product development staff
- Build career paths, deliver regular feedback, and foster a culture of continuous learning
- Technology & Innovation
- Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging flexible-packaging and blown-film technologies
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and marketing to turn concepts into scalable products
- Project Management & Continuous Improvement
- Define project scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Implement Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies to streamline development cycles
- Track progress against milestones and drive cross-functional problem solving

Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Packaging Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven track record (5+ years) in product development within flexible packaging or blown-film environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and retain technical talent
- Strong project management skills, with experience using formal methodologies (e.g., PMI, Lean, Six Sigma)
- Passion for process optimization and data-driven decision making
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
