We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in San Francisco, California. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate data entry while supporting key administrative tasks. This opportunity is ideal for someone with prior experience in data entry who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately input data from printed receipts and other backup documents into the accounting software system.
• Generate and print reports as needed to support various business processes.
• Compile and organize billable expenses for internal review and tracking.
• Ensure all data is entered in compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining organized records and documentation for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and resolve issues in data entry.
• Follow established workflows to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as required to support the team.
• At least 1 year of experience in a data entry role or similar position.
• Strong typing skills with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in numeric and text-based data entry.
• Familiarity with accounting software; experience with Studio Designer is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Solid organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Previous experience in the design industry is a bonus but not required.
