Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced
Operational Manufacturing Supervisor to join our Alpharetta, GA facility. This key leadership role will drive manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement initiatives while leading a diverse team of manufacturing engineers and technicians. The position plays a crucial role in our ongoing factory optimization project sought at scaling operations for increased future demand.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers and engineering technicians
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices across the facility
- Supervise and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality
- Develop and implement strategic operational excellence programs
- Lead and implement critical factory optimization projects
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to achieve operational targets
- Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements
To thrive in this role, you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering or manufacturing engineering
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Proven track record of implementing successful process improvements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 3+ Years Experience in Factory Digitalization

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
- Experience with automated manufacturing processes

The pay range for this position is $89,300.00 - $105,000.00 annually with a target incentive of 5% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
