The
Retail Administrative Assistant will manage calendars, prepare reports, communicate with clients and colleagues, and assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the sales team. Should have some luxury experience of a support nature.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage the Head of Retail Sales' calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare and distribute presentations, reports, and other materials for meetings.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and memos.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Communication & Client Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Head of Retail Sales, answering phones, screening calls, and handling inquiries.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Assist with customer service inquiries and follow-up.
Sales Support:
- Support sales initiatives, work with POS system to assist the sales
- Assist with inventory management and stock tracking.
- Prepare and maintain sales materials, such as product brochures and presentations.
Other Tasks:
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- May assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent, with some relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in an administrative or sales support role is highly desired.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Experience in POS system (but will have a good training)
- Detail-oriented and proactive with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
