The Role
You'll work in a fast-paced environment, reporting directly to the President. Your primary goal will be to manage the full spectrum of operations, ensuring peak efficiency, quality, and safety. You will directly manage a team of five supervisors and be responsible for a staff of 30-40 employees.
This is a hands-on role where you'll have the autonomy and resources to drive change. You'll be in charge of key operational decisions, from facility layout and capital investment analysis to leading new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives. The company operates on a 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule, giving the leadership team a dedicated day to plan and strategize.
You'll be a key player in shaping the company's future by:
