Your Mission
Orchestrate a high-performing construction production team to deliver exceptional remodeling projects on time, on budget, and with
raving fans.
What You'll Do
As a key member of our Leadership Team, you'll oversee the
Production and Estimating departments, drive operational efficiency, and help shape the future of our organization. You will:
Lead & Manage a High-Performing Team
- Inspire, organize, and coach production leaders not by doing the work, but by enabling those who do
- Hire, onboard, and develop skilled production staff, while holding the team accountable to clear performance standards
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support individual growth plans
Deliver An Unmatched Client Experience
- Guide conflict resolution and client interactions with professionalism and empathy
- Conduct project post-mortems, lead lessons-learned sessions, and revise processes accordingly
- Ensure warranty work is addressed promptly and with care
Drive Operational Excellence
- Oversee the master production schedule, labor efficiency, and cycle time
- Monitor project performance metrics: budget adherence, schedule accuracy, and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with estimating to track and understand variances from estimated to actual
Build Vendor & Trade Partner Success
- Lead the selection, vetting, and negotiation of Trade Partners
- Cultivate long-term, mutually beneficial relationships across all trades
What Success Looks Like
95%+ Client Satisfaction each quarter95% On-Time Project Completion, within two days of the projected end date
What You Bring
- Proven experience leading focus-driven teams in construction or remodeling is a plus
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of production workflows
- Ability to think strategically, implement systems, and drive results
- Strong communication, conflict-resolution, and leadership skills
- A track record of developing people, not just managing tasks
Construction industry experience is highly preferred, but strong leadership and operations expertise in adjacent industries will also be considered.
