A Day in the LifeAs our Patient Care Coordinator, you’re the first cheerful voice our patients encounter! You’ll help guide them through their care with warmth, clarity, and attention to detail. Think of yourself as the glue that holds it all together—with a virtual smile.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcoming patients like they’re family and assisting in onboarding
- Managing refill schedules with ease and accuracy
- Keeping patient records neat, updated, and secure
- Communicating clearly about treatment plans and next steps
- Answering text messages and emails with kindness and handling questions confidently
- Working with our care team to keep things running smoothly
- Staying HIPAA-compliant and respectful of patient privacy
