Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Manage calendars and help coordinate internal meetings and events
- Assist with booking travel and preparing itineraries
- Submit expense reports and help track reimbursements
- Project Coordination
- Provide day-to-day support for initiatives related to internal communications, marketing campaigns, and recruiting efforts
- Help prepare materials for events, meetings, and internal presentations
- Maintain project trackers and help keep teams organized
- Talent & Onboarding Support
- Schedule interviews, orientation sessions, and onboarding activities for new hires
- Coordinate logistics with internal teams (HR, IT, office services) to support a smooth onboarding experience
- Document Preparation
- Draft basic communications, meeting notes, and internal documents
- Assist with formatting presentations and reports using Microsoft Office tools
- Organize and maintain shared folders and digital files
- General Office Assistance
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks and operational needs
- Assist with function communications and updates via email, intranet, or internal newsletters
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a professional services environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Salary Information
NY Only: The estimated base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000 at the time of posting.
The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. This role is non-exempt meaning it is overtime pay eligible.
