What You’ll Do

- Design and evolve social playbooks, systems, KPIs, and governance models that ensure clarity, alignment, and performance across markets.
- Drive scalable social execution through a harmonized global framework informed by data, business priorities, and platform best practices.
🤝 Align & Activate Across Teams
- Bridge strategy with execution by partnering closely with teams across brand, creative, media, analytics, influencer, customer care, and compliance.
- Act as a critical link between global centers and in-market teams, enabling consistency while respecting local relevance.

- Define and own the social tech stack—including publishing, monitoring, analytics, advocacy, UGC, and asset management tools.
- Evaluate and implement cutting-edge solutions like AI content generation, workflow automation, and next-gen commerce capabilities.

- Develop a global resourcing model, balancing centralized functions and regional expertise.

What You Bring
- 12+ years in digital, brand, or social leadership roles, with 5+ years managing global teams in complex organizations.
- Proven experience modernizing and scaling social infrastructure at a multinational brand or high-growth company.
- Deep expertise across the full social funnel: organic, paid, influencers, advocacy, UGC, and commerce.
- Skilled in social tools and technologies with a clear POV on platform trends, MarTech integration, and data analytics.
- Comfortable presenting to executives, driving cross-functional alignment, and operating with both high-level vision and operational precision.
