General Manager - Corrugated Packaging
Location: Midwest U.S. (Relocation support available)
Position Overview
Seven Executive has partnered with a leading corrugated packaging manufacturer with a strong regional presence to find an experienced General Manager to lead a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities:
- Take full P&L ownership of a critical facility with regional and national importance.
- Report directly to senior leadership with the authority to drive operational excellence and culture.
- Lead a passionate, loyal team that thrives in a collaborative, values-driven environment.
- Lead day-to-day operations of the Sheet Plant, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.
- Implement and refine lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive accountability and engagement across the plant to foster a culture of excellence.
Experience:
- Proven leadership experience in corrugated packaging or a related manufacturing environment.
- Deep knowledge of high-speed, high-volume operations (Sheet Plant experience highly preferred).
- Strong operational acumen with the ability to lead through metrics, KPIs, and cultural alignment.
- Exceptional communication and people leadership skills.
