Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to support executive leadership and quality systems through a mix of administrative and compliance-focused responsibilities. This hybrid role provides critical support across operations, documentation, and customer communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support: calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and document editing.
- Organize management meetings, take minutes, and track follow-ups.
- Handle confidential information and serve as a liaison between leadership and stakeholders.
- Perform QA-related duties including document control, training records maintenance, and record archiving.
- Assist with complaint handling, customer communications, and return product processing.
- Support shipping documentation, customs coordination, and regulatory compliance checks.
- Manage filing of EEIs and other export documentation.
- Upload and archive records in systems like DocuWare, ERP, and Litmos.
- Travel occasionally between Burbank and Valencia facilities.

- Experience with ERP systems, DocuWare, or similar platforms is a plus
