Vice President of Quality
Food Manufacturing
Texas (On-Site)
You’re not looking for a sideways step. You want to make a mark.
This is your chance to step into the most senior Quality leadership role in a fast-growing, global food manufacturing business - and bring structure, vision, and consistency to a function.
Right now, each site has its own way of doing things. Its own processes, practices, and philosophies. The next phase of growth demands something more: a unified FSQA strategy, consistent standards, and a culture of accountability that matches the company’s high ambitions.
And that’s where you come in.
This is a senior role that demands presence, not just process. It needs someone who thrives on the factory floor as much as in the boardroom. Someone who’s confident leading diverse teams, shaping site-level leaders, and having direct conversations with customers, from global brands to national retailers. You’ll be the face of Quality across the entire business, internally and externally.
You’ll have the freedom to shape the FSQA function in your own vision, backed by a leadership team that’s genuinely committed to investment, continuous improvement, and long-term scale. Growth here isn’t a buzzword. The past three years have seen record-breaking progress, and they’re just getting started.
There’s structure where you need it, and space where you want it.
And while you’ll have access to support, resources, and a collaborative executive team, you’ll be expected to take full ownership, leading the charge on food safety, regulatory compliance, and quality strategy. You’ll bring sites together. Raise standards. And embed a culture of excellence that sticks.
You’ll need:
- Deep experience in food safety and quality across multi-site food manufacturing operations (US food regulations essential)
- A proven ability to engage directly with high-profile customers, auditors, and regulators
- Strong leadership instincts. The kind that inspires accountability, not just adherence
- A sleeves-rolled-up approach and the drive to build, not just maintain
This role isn’t about maintaining the status quo. It’s about redefining what great looks like, and having the trust and autonomy to make it happen.
If you’re ready to lead with impact, let’s talk.
