Our client, a fast-growing hedge fund based in NYC’s Financial District, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. Candidates must have at least three years of experience in a similar role at a hedge fund, investment firm, or global bank, and hold a bachelor’s degree. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, and handling executive inboxes. Strong experience preparing presentations and documents in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required, along with processing expenses and organizing meetings and events. Additional responsibilities include overseeing daily office operations, managing facilities and reception, maintaining supplies, and liaising with vendors. Responsibilities
